PRINCE2®

PRINCE is an acronym derived from Projects IN Controlled Environments. It covers the management, control and organisation of a project. PRINCE2®  refers to major method applied and is a registered trademark of the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), an independent office of HM Treasury of the United Kingdom. The PRINCE2® project management methodology is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide.

M_o_R®

M_o_R ® stands for Management of Risk and is a structured method for effective risk management. The M_o_R ® method is owned by the UK Government, but is provided license-free to anyone who wishes to adopt it. Management of Risk (M_o_R®) refers to major method applied. The methodology is the de-facto standard for risk management in the UK and is practiced worldwide.

MSP®

Delegates will gain sufficient knowledge and experience in the processes and principles of Programme Management (MSP) to act as a Programme Manager for a programme with a coherent project portfolio or to act as a member of a Programme Support Office. You will have an opportunity to sit the APMG MSP Foundation exam and to prepare for the Practitioner & Practitioner Advanced exams.

ITIL®

The ITIL ®Foundation course is 3 days of presentations, exercise and discussion about ITIL ®Foundation best practice framework. ITIL® is a approach for managing IT services, developed in the 1980s by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) in the United Kingdom.
